Meet the Founders
In the heart of Goa, the story of Red Earth Architects unfolds through the shared journey of Shayari and Saachi, Batchmates at the Goa College of Architecture, they graduated in 2018. Hailing from the charming village of Parra, Goa, Shayari and Saachi from the beautiful island of St. Estevam in Goa, are the driving forces behind Red Earth Architects.
Their professional journey began at Ochre Design Group, where they dedicated three years immersing themselves in the intricacies of the architectural realm. From industry insights to site management, design enhancements to technical expertise, the duo mastered the art of their craft. The pivotal year of 2022 marked their decision to embark on a joint venture, giving birth to Red Earth Architects. Shayari, with an innate sense of aesthetics, effortlessly curates visual stories within each project. On the other hand, Saachi, a technical wizard, ensures precision and functionality.
While they have designated roles, the beauty of their collaboration lies in the organic overlap of responsibilities, resulting in a harmonious blend of creativity and technical finesse. Passionate about creating sustainable spaces that seamlessly blend with the landscape and context, Shayari and Saachi bring an infectious enthusiasm to their work. Meet the Team
Pranit graduated from Rachana Sansad’s Academy of Architecture, Mumbai in 2023 and has been working with Red Earth Architects since March 2024. He interned at Envirodesigners Pvt.Ltd. at Fort, Mumbai, specializing in Landscape and Municipal works.
Pranit is deeply passionate about sustainable and earth-based designs, integrating them with Vaastu priciples. He strives to create spaces that blend traditional architectural values with a moden touch. He has interest towards material selection, project execution and enjoys photography. Pranit Holds keen interest in potrait sketching, culinary arts and travel.
Ayush completed his diploma in Architecture from Government Polytechnic Panaji in 2021 and has been part of Red Earth Architects since October 2023. He has interned at Ar. Prashant Gaonkar in Mapusa in the year 2020.
